AIROD, a wholly owned subsidiary of National Aerospace & Defence Industries, was established in 1976 and is today, a world class aviation MRO facility in Malaysia servicing up to 80 customers worldwide. Under NADI’s expansion plan, AIROD commercial unit is now transformed to AIROD Aerospace Technology (AAe) to enhance the Commercial Aviation MRO expertise and services coverage. AAe currently operates in a facility containing 7 hangars with a 15 aircraft bay capacity, including a dedicated covered paint hangar. AAe is a Part 145 AMO certified by the Malaysian Department of Civil Aviation (DCA), the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA), the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and a few other National Civil Aviation authorities
